Service terms, updated 19 October 2026. Domain registration and monthly email subscriptions are separate services.

1. Provider and scope

nlnamen.nl is operated by STEINBERG LTD, company number 17242845, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. These terms cover domain registration and optional email services ordered through this website. Registry terms also apply to each domain.

2. Registration and availability

Search results are point-in-time checks. A cart does not reserve a domain. Registration completes only after payment verification and registry acceptance. You must provide accurate holder details, remain reachable and respond to required verification. Existing domains cannot be transferred using the new-registration checkout.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and no VAT is charged. A new .nl domain is €9.99 for the first service year and renewal is €12.99/year at the currently stated rate. Unpriced extensions cannot be ordered. Payment uses Stripe within our site. If registration fails after payment, we review the provider status and arrange an appropriate resolution or refund for the unprovided service; a refund is not assumed to have occurred until confirmed.

4. Three-year .nl service

The €27 offer covers a new .nl registration and two subsequent annual registry renewals as a three-year prepaid service. It does not mean the registry records one three-year term. We track the prepaid end date and manage the included renewals. The offer excludes transfers, restores, premium names, email and other extensions. Later renewal is separately payable at the published rate. A mixed-extension bundle retains each domain’s own term and price.

5. Email subscription

Where enabled, the email plan is €2.70/month per selected domain for one 15 GB mailbox. The first month is charged with the order; subsequent months recur through Stripe. The domain service and email subscription are separate. Cancel an individual mailbox in your account before the next billing period. Export your messages first: the mailbox and its messages are permanently deleted after the paid period ends. Your domain stays registered. Failed payments require billing review; they do not immediately delete your messages.

6. Immediate performance and consumer rights

Checkout separately asks you to request immediate registration. Where applicable law permits, withdrawal rights for a service may cease after full performance with the required prior consent and acknowledgement. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. A checkbox does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact us promptly if you wish to withdraw before performance is complete.

7. DNS & your responsibilities

You can use ClouDNS or your own nameservers. You are responsible for the records and service connections you request. DNS changes can interrupt websites or email. Keep backups and independent recovery contacts. Additional registry requirements, verification and local-service obligations may apply per extension.
