What does a .nl domain cost? Compare the full term: overview showing Register €9.99, Renew €12.99, 3 years €27

A first-year price does not show the full cost of a domain. Separate registration, renewals and optional products. A new .nl domain is €9.99 and renewal is €12.99/year. No VAT is charged.

Calculate three service years

At the stated rates, three separate years total €35.97. The prepaid three-year offer is €27, a difference of €8.97. It applies to a new .nl registration. Transfers, recovery and other extensions have separate conditions.

Keep email separate

The optional plan is €2.70 per month per domain for one 15 GB mailbox. Twelve months cost €32.40. Two selected domains make the monthly total €5.40. Email is separate from the domain offer.

Compare equivalent terms

Compare the first term, normal renewal, promotion length and required extras. A domain tied to mandatory hosting differs from standalone registration. See our price list for current .com, .net, .at, .de and .ch registration and renewal rates. A search result does not reserve a domain.

Your practical checklist

  • Compare at least three service years.
  • Calculate email separately.
  • Check which extension qualifies.
  • Look for mandatory extra products.
In practice
One three-year .nl service plus the first email month totals €29.70. Later email months remain €2.70 each; the first three domain service years are prepaid.
